Mango & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are really so easy – top with a few mango pieces, strawberries, pomegranate and chia seeds for a healthy and insta-worthy bowl! Using frozen fruit helps give this bowl a thick, creamy texture.
SERVES 2
- 1 chopped banana
- 1 chopped mango
- ½ cup vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tsp Golden Life Turmeric Blend
- 1 cup ice
- ½ cup coconut water
- A few walnuts if you like
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Top artfully with fruit pieces, seeds and nuts
